Red velvet cake


2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
1 cup buttermilk 
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tsp Cocoa
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vinegar
A 2 oz. bottle of red food coloring

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

Icing:
16 ounces of powdered sugar
One stick butter softened
8 ounces cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla

Cream butter and cream cheese together, then add sugar and vanilla and mix.

Frost the cake
